We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport Administrator to join our friendly team.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Location: Lidcombe Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm About the Role As the Transport Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport operations by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, and ensuring accurate administration.




Key Responsibilities Managing inbound phone calls and emails Liaising with customers and the client support team Booking transport jobs and coordinating schedules Accurate data entry and maintaining transport records Providing administrative support to the operations team Assisting with general office duties as required About You Previous administration or transport/logistics experience (preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Reliable, proactive, and a team player What's on Offer?
