An established and highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder is looking for an experienced Foreman to join their growing project team and take ownership of a high-quality construction project in Inner Melbourne.
With a robust reputation across the Victorian construction market, this builder delivers a diverse portfolio of commercial, multi-residential and mixed-use projects , with a focus on quality, safety and program delivery.
The Opportunity As Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractor teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site activities Maintaining site safety, quality and environmental standards Monitoring project progress against program and construction milestones Coordinating trades, materials,
