You will manage a varied community caseload, including clients funded through: Support at Home DVA GP Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans) Private clients You should be an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist who is confident working independently in the community, has excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Locum rates in line with experience.
