Company: PARISI BATHWARE PTY LTD Position: ICT Support Technician Full-time Location: Silverwater NSW **** Salary: From $79,000-$85,000 per annum (exclusive superannuation) At PARISI Bathware, we pride ourselves on being a leading provider of luxury bathroom, kitchen and doorware solutions across Australia and, in recent years, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, the People's Republic of China, Cambodia, Bhutan, the Maldives and Mauritius.
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Technician to provide technical support across our office, showroom and warehouse operations.
The position will support the deployment and maintenance of PARISI's computer infrastructure, business applications, network equipment and peripheral devices.
The successful candidate will respond to user enquiries, diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware and software, maintain ICT records and guide employees in the effective use of systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to staff enquiries and diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printing and user-access issues across PARISI's office, showroom and warehouse operations.
Install, configure, test and maintain computers, operating systems, business applications, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
Assess users' hardware and software requirements and recommend practical technical solutions that support business operations.
Monitor and maintain local networks, internet connections, system access and shared ICT equipment to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
Support employees in using PARISI's business applications and ICT equipment and provide guidance on system procedures and basic security practices.
Maintain ICT asset registers, support records and technical documentation and coordinate complex repairs or service requirements with external ICT providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in information technology, computer systems or a related discipline, or at least three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification.
Demonstrated experience providing technical support for computer hardware, software, networks and peripheral equipment.
Sound knowledge of desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, user-access management and basic network troubleshooting.
Robust diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to employees with different levels of ICT knowledge.
Strong organisational, communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to manage competing support priorities.
