About the Company Our client is progressing a significant retirement living development in Perth's western suburbs, comprising approximately 200 independent living apartments across four stages.
With Development Approval secured and Stage One moving toward construction, the project is entering its sales and marketing phase ahead of an Expressions of Interest campaign.
This is a long-term development with an anticipated lifecycle of approximately 10 years, offering genuine project continuity and career security.

The Opportunity This newly created position will lead the end-to-end sales function for a flagship retirement living development in Shenton Park.
Reporting to the Project Director and working closely with senior executives, you will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry and EOI through to lease execution, settlement and resident move-in.
This is a relationship-led sales environment.
Purchasers are predominantly older Australians making a significant financial and lifestyle decision, often alongside their families.
Building trust and maintaining relationships throughout an extended sales cycle will be key.
You will operate with considerable autonomy,



combining front-end sales with marketing coordination, reporting, contracts and CRM management.
Sales Customer Journey Lead purchasers from initial enquiry through to settlement and move-in Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families Convert qualified enquiry through a considered, relationship-led sales approach Represent the development across appointments, presentations and events Marketing Lead Engagement Coordinate external agencies across project marketing and campaigns Manage prospect communications, newsletters and ongoing engagement Provide customer and market feedback to inform sales strategy Contracts, CRM Reporting Manage sales documentation using established legal templates Maintain accurate prospect and purchaser records within the CRM Work closely with legal advisors throughout contracts and settlement Report accurately on sales pipeline, marketing activity and forecasts Sales Operations Growth Improve sales processes, systems and compliance as the project evolves Operate autonomously within the broader development team Mentor future sales administration support as activity increases About You You will bring experience in residential project sales, apartment sales or retirement living, with the professionalism and emotional intelligence required to work with an older purchaser demographic.
Strong commercial sales capability with a relationship-first approach Comfortable owning a broad, autonomous sales function Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail Experience managing marketing activity and longer-term sales pipelines Polished communicator who builds trust with purchasers and families A Real Estate Licence or current Triennial Certificate would be viewed favourably but is not essential.
