Key Responsibilities Provide personalised consultations and expert advice to walk-in and trade appointment clients Manage a portfolio of Interior Design clients, offering tailored surface solutions aligned with their project needs Enhance sales by nurturing relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent client service Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities within CRM systems Support showroom merchandising and visual displays, reflecting the brand's premium aesthetic and inspiring clientele Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives, helping to increase brand engagement and awareness among trade and retail customers Skills Experience Proven experience in customer-facing sales roles,
