About the Role You will be responsible for managing the trust accounting requirements of an assigned portfolio of strata schemes, including: Internal and external audits Fortnightly debt recovery Investment account management Financial integration for newly onboarded schemes Monthly levy striking Maintaining accurate and timely financial records About You Ideally, you will have: 3+ years' strata trust accounting experience A tertiary qualification in Accounting,



Finance or Commerce Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience with Strata Master and Strata Connect is highly desirable Experienced accountants from other industries looking to transition into strata are also encouraged to apply.
