The Role As our Visual Merchandising Manager for Queensland, you'll champion the National and State VM strategy across 31 stores across Brisbane and QLD, bringing our brand vision to life and boosting commercial performance in every store you touch.
This is a hands-on, in-store leadership role that champions visual storytelling, brand consistency and a premium customer experience.
Reporting to the State leader and working closely with Regional Managers, you'll set the standard for VM execution — ensuring every store reflects our brand philosophy, delivers an elevated Active Living experience, and maintains exceptional visual presentation.
From training and developing in-store teams to uphold VM standards, to using commercial insights to shape strategies that drive traffic and sell-through, you'll be the driving force behind creating stores our customers love returning to.
You'll bring robust commercial acumen, a flair for styling, and the confidence to coach teams and collaborate with Sales Leaders to align VM initiatives with state-based goals.




Your key responsibilities Championing the National VM Strategy across 31 stores in QLD Using commercial insights to shape VM strategies that drive traffic and sell-through Maintaining consistent, on-brand visual presentation across every store Supporting VM execution for events and activations Training and developing in-store teams to uphold VM standards Collaborating with Sales Leaders to align VM initiatives with state-based goals Who You Are You're a creative merchandiser who is passionate about visual storytelling and delivering results.
You bring: VM experience in fashion retail (ideally activewear) Strong coaching skills with confidence and a flair for styling Commercial acumen with the ability to act on sales data Excellent communication, collaboration and an eye for detail Flexibility and availability to travel across Queensland A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Why You'll Love Working With Us At Lorna Jane, you'll be part of something meaningful.
