About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage multiple teams leading and delegating to the company's site-based Foreman.
A major focus on this role is a robust focus on project delivery along with 3 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman.
This is a full-time position located in our Somersby Deport servicing local and regional Southern NSW projects.
Duties All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering) Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
Escalation of significant issues to NSW Operations Manager/Project Manager Manage Client relationship throughout project/s Awareness of job scope and contractual issues Skills Experience 3-years' experience in a previous Supervisor or Senior Foreman role Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice Respected Leader Demonstrated project delivery expertise Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria Benefits Excellent culture that promotes a strong team-based environment.
