The role Own the day-to-day facilities management of a premium commercial office Deliver CAPEX, minor works, upgrades and facilities projects Manage contractors, vendors and base building relationships Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance Manage work orders, service delivery, SLAs and KPIs Conduct building inspections and manage WHS / compliance Oversee budgets, invoices, purchasing and project costs Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business Ensure works are delivered with minimal disruption to occupants Who we're looking for Previous Facilities Management experience within a commercial office / corporate site is essential Experience working across an A-grade or premium commercial asset Strong exposure to CAPEX projects, fit-outs, upgrades,
