i-bullet 12 month day rate contract i-bullet Enterprise Systems (HRIS/Finance etc...) i-bullet Melbourne based (hybrid) Emmbr are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across our clients enterprise systems landscape, with a particular focus on HRIS and Finance systems.
The enterprise systems currently comprise a range of disparate platforms that have been stitched together over time; this role will be instrumental in stabilising current delivery and laying the groundwork for a future consolidation review.
This is a hands-on delivery role.
The successful candidate will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing to business analysis activity where required, while maintaining transparent ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
About the Role Lead end-to-end project management across enterprise systems initiatives, with a focus on HRIS and Finance platforms Manage delivery across a fragmented systems environment, working with stakeholders to understand current-state architecture and integration points Contribute to, and help shape, a future review of the Finance systems landscape,



supporting the case for consolidation where appropriate Manage project governance, including scope, budget, timeline, risk and issue management, and reporting to key stakeholders Build strong working relationships across technical, business and vendor stakeholders, while maintaining clear ownership of the project manager role About You Proven experience delivering enterprise systems projects, ideally including HRIS platforms and/or Finance systems Strong cloud and enterprise systems delivery background, comfortable working across a multi-system, multi-vendor environment Demonstrated ability to get hands-on with business analysis tasks while still holding firm ownership of the project management role A confident, assertive communication style - able to manage stakeholder expectations and protect project scope and delivery timelines Strong stakeholder management, governance and reporting discipline If you are interested in the role, apply directly and we will reach out for a chat.
