12+ years' post‐qualification experience in Business Advisory At least 2 years' experience managing and developing a small team Strong client‐facing confidence and the ability to build trusted relationships Capability to oversee high level reviews, delegate effectively and support workflow across the pod Ambition for long term growth, including future partnership aspirations Potentially coming from a city firm and seeking a high‐quality Southside opportunity or currently in a Supervisory role seeking your next step to Manager You're someone who leads with clarity, supports your team and enjoys being hands‐on with clients and technical work.
