About the Position: The Supply and Distribution Manager plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of preschool furniture, equipment and educational resources from suppliers through to our customers.
This position is responsible for developing and overseeing purchasing, storage, inventory and delivery strategies that maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost while supporting timely fulfilment and the high service standards expected by early childhood clients.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and monitor policies and plans for purchasing,



storage and delivery of preschool equipment and resources Maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost through effective inventory management and system reviews Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements Oversee logistics personnel and coordinate transportation and distribution activities Manage accurate recordkeeping of all supply transactions Liaise with internal departments, customers and external stakeholders regarding supply requirements and outbound goods Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards across storage and distribution functions Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in supply and distribution management Fluency in Turkish and English Strong skills in inventory management, supplier negotiation, logistics coordination and recordkeeping Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards How to Apply: To apply, applicants must submit their resume with a valid email address through this online portal.
