This is a project for a product recall, so it's not sales, just following up on a database and updating information.
This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a qualified team.
This role is to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team Service outbound calls to customers,



providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
