Key Responsibilities Include: Managing a residential property portfolio Professionally liaising with tenants and landlords Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service Overseeing new tenant sign-ups and conducting final inspections Managing bond disposals and rental arrears Skills Experience Required:
