Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets Build employer and community networks Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
About You.
We require someone with: Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain) Strong customer service and communication skills Team player with good time management Target-driven and adaptable Excellent administration skills Current driver's licence and local travel required.
