We're currently seeking experienced Site Administrators to join a range of mining and resources operations across Western Australia.
With opportunities available across casual, contract and permanent positions, this is a outstanding chance to secure your next site-based role with established mining clients.
The Opportunity Working as part of a site-based team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to site leadership, employees and operational teams.
Your responsibilities may include: Coordinating site mobilisation, travel, flights and accommodation Managing workforce rosters and personnel movements Supporting onboarding and site inductions Maintaining accurate employee and site records Processing purchase orders and assisting with invoice reconciliation Providing document control and general site administration Preparing meeting documentation, taking minutes and following up actions Managing office supplies, PPE,



uniforms and stationery Assisting site management and operational teams with day-to-day administration Supporting the smooth coordination of workforce movements across site About You We're looking for candidates who have previous experience working in a FIFO mining or remote site environment and are confident working independently in a busy operational setting.
To be successful, you'll ideally have: At least 2 years' experience in FIFO Site Administration Previous experience working on a remote mine site Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong attention to detail Confidence working autonomously and as part of a site team Experience using Microsoft Office and relevant mining/site systems Experience with systems such as SAP, Pronto, INX InFlight or other mobilisation and travel platforms will be highly regarded.
