The Role: As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure to a range of payroll complexities and systems, with opportunities to grow your technical skills as the organisation prepares for a major payroll system transformation.
What you'll do: Support payroll processing for thousands of employees (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).
Manage payroll across a range of Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Use Preceda and Dayforce to process payroll data, working across multiple systems including Oracle HCM.
Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve queries and maintain data integrity.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What you'll bring: Experience in payroll processing within a complex, high-volume environment.
Confidence navigating multiple systems and databases.
Solid attention to detail and adaptability in managing competing priorities.
A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
