Based in our modern workshop we require the services of quality skilled Storeperson to join its strong,growingand diverse team.
Job tasks and responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming goods Manage consumables stocks asrequired Inspect finished items according to jobtravelerand ensure ahigh-qualitystandard Assistin pick packing and dispatch, ensuring only the highest quality product and packaging leaves the workshop.
Soft seal and mark items ifrequired Print labels and attach to goods Pick up and deliver items Monitor lifting operations up to 5tonne Inspect lifting equipment daily and complete reports within schedule Perform company vehicle and forklift inspections pre-starts Ensure a safe and clean workshop Assistin other areas and personnel as directed by the Workshop Manager Skills and experience 2+years' experiencewithin the mechanical manufacturing industry or in a similar industry.
Experience using ERP – Systems Manualdriverslicense essential Forklift ticket essential Rigging ticket would beadvantageous Able tooperateelectrical hand tools Organizational skills essential Being fast, efficient,reliableand productive Fast learning ability Excellent communication in English Valid working visa / Australiaworkrights essential What's on offer: We offer more than just a job — we offer a long-term career.
