We're recruiting a Program Support Officer to support a Project Management team working across key infrastructure and engineering projects.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience in commercial environment - particularly within engineering, construction, or project-based industries - who thrives in structured, deadline-driven work.
What You'll Be Doing Managing and quality-checking application documentation through online systems Supporting project and technical teams to meet critical deadlines Managing shared inboxes and workflow allocation Interpreting technical / construction documentation Working with mapping systems and infrastructure data Preparing process documentation and identifying improvements Ensuring compliance with legislation, WH S,



and governance standards What We're Looking For Proven administration experience in a commercial environment Exposure to engineering, construction, or project-based settings (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working with systems, data, and documentation Self-motivated with a proactive, "can-do" approach If you're a strong administrator from a commercial, project, or infrastructure environment looking to step into a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you!
