We are looking for a driven Senior Shutdown Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our high-performing labour hire team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own desk, manage your workflow, and build on established relationships with major clients across the energy and industrial sectors.
Working within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting, you will have access to existing work opportunities while having the autonomy to grow your desk, develop client relationships, and maximise your earning potential.
The Role Manage and grow your own shutdown labour hire desk Recruit and supply skilled blue-collar personnel across shutdown, LNG, oil gas, and industrial projects Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth Source, screen,



and place high-quality candidates into critical project roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to mobilisation Build strong partnerships with clients and candidates within the energy and resources sectors About You Previous blue-collar recruitment experience is essential Proven experience supplying labour to LNG, oil gas, energy, mining, or industrial clients is a huge a advantage Strong understanding of shutdown recruitment and workforce mobilisation requirements Experience managing your own desk, pipeline, and recruitment workflow A track record of delivering results in a high-volume recruitment environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships What We Offer Permanent full-time position Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum Commission structure with existing work and opportunities available Ownership of your own desk and workflow Warm desk with established job flow Opportunity to work with respected clients across the LNG and energy sectors City centre office location Monday – Friday working hours, 08:*******:00 Supportive team environment with the tools and resources to succeed If you are an experienced blue-collar recruiter who understands the demands of shutdowns, LNG and oil gas projects, and wants the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, we want to hear from you.
