Full-time Logistics Analyst position available in Botany, NSW **** ATeam Logistics is a specialist logistics provider offering last-mile warehousing and distribution services for fragile, high-value and luxury goods.
Established in ****, the company supports designers, stylists, specialty retailers and commercial clients across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
On behalf of ATeam Logistics, we are seeking a full-time Logistics Analyst to analyse and improve their warehousing, inventory and distribution operations.
The position will review operational data, stock movements, delivery schedules, transport routes and service performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyse warehouse, inventory and distribution data to identify operational trends, issues and improvement opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and storage capacity to support accurate inventory planning and control.
Review delivery schedules, transport routes and vehicle utilisation to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
Track delivery performance, delays, damages and inventory discrepancies, and investigate recurring issues.
Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, warehouse activity, delivery performance and logistics costs.
Review warehousing,



dispatch and delivery procedures and recommend improvements to workflows and systems.
Assess operational risks and recommend contingency measures to minimise delivery and inventory disruptions.
Assist with implementing approved improvements across warehouse, inventory and distribution operations.
Liaise with warehouse, transport, installation and customer service teams to support coordinated logistics planning.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or a closely related discipline, or at least five years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
At least one year of qualified experience in logistics, distribution, transport planning or related operations.
Sound knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, transport planning and last-mile distribution.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory, warehouse, transport and reporting systems, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and management teams.
Experience in fragile goods, furniture, luxury goods or specialised logistics will be highly regarded.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $79,000 - $89,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
