Job Title - TMCR CapabilityOne - Training Provider Job ID - ******* Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 5 months The role closes on 23/08/2026 Location: ACT Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements: At least 3 years of recent experience in Training / Change Management / Learning and Development Deliverables and activities (the successful candidate will sit within a multi-disciplinary team and will be responsible for, but not limited to): Producing videos to provide Capability One training to people who are recent to the system Continued development of existing learning materials as the system undergoes enhancements and uplifts Ongoing engagement of stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure existing training materials remain relevant and reliable Creating self-paced digital training modules, complying with security regulations applied to the system and relevant data Delivering in-person training sessions on an ad hoc basis if requested by system stakeholders Contributing to the delivery of timely outcomes, while seeking ways to improve processes SFIA Skills Sought: The specification, design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in learning and development in the workplace or in compulsory, further or higher education.




Typically involves the assimilation of information from existing sources, selection and re-presentation in a form suitable to the intended purpose and audience.
Includes instructional design, content development, configuration and testing of learning environments, and use of appropriate current technologies such as audio, video, simulation and assessment.
May include third party accreditation.
TMCR Level 4: Specifies the content and structure of learning and development materials.
Takes responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and manages development to deliver agreed outcomes.
Where required, designs, configures and tests learning environments, including creation of simulated data, and replication of external systems, interfaces, and assessment systems.
Secures external accreditations as appropriate.
