Project Manager | Client-Side Retail/Hospitality Developments A privately owned development group is expanding its delivery team due to a strong pipeline of hospitality projects across Queensland.
With over 30+ venues nationally and more than 12 major refurbishments and expansions completed in the last three years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapid-moving client-side environment delivering projects that range from $2M-$22M.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing growth.
The Opportunity Working client-side, you will take ownership of hospitality refurbishments, upgrades, and new venue expansions across regional Queensland.
Projects are delivered in a collaborative team environment, with regular site travel.
All travel is fully covered (flights, hire cars, accommodation).
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in delivery-focused environments, and is happy being on the ground driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end project delivery from design through to construction completion Managing consultants, builders, and key stakeholders across multiple sites Running tender processes and supporting contractor selection Negotiating trade packages and consultant engagements Attending and leading design meetings and procurement discussions Overseeing program, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes Ensuring smooth site coordination and stakeholder communication About You 5+ years' experience in Project Management (built environment or construction) Client-side or developer experience highly regarded Strong tendering, procurement, and negotiation capability Comfortable travelling regularly to regional project sites Independent, proactive, and delivery driven Team-oriented with flexibility to support a growing project pipeline
