The Role We are currently recruiting skilled formwork carpenters for a permanent, full–time position.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork for concrete swimming pools, spas, and associated structures.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber, plywood, and other formwork materials to required dimensions.
• Setting out pool and spa structures and ensuring formwork is accurately aligned, level, and ready for concrete placement.




• Installing reinforcement supports and assisting with preparation for concrete pours.
• Stripping and removing formwork after concrete has cured while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Inspecting completed formwork to ensure compliance with project specifications and Australian construction standards.
• Operating and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements: • AQF Certificate III or IV in the relevant field • Formwork Carpentry experience – 2 years (required) • Machinery: 2 years (preferred) • Construction white card Desirable Skills: • Safety procedures knowledge • Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in inclusive team • Valid Driving License and transport (preferred) • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks Please do not call or send resumes to company direct.
