Public Sector People are currently recruiting for experienced Civil Team Members / Drivers to join City of Parramatta Council based in Rydalmere.
This is a temporary chance for experienced civil workers who are confident working across road, asphalt and concrete maintenance, while also operating an MR vehicle as part of a civil crew.
Position Details Location: Rydalmere Pay Rate: $***** per hour Engagement Type: Casual Dates: ASAP – Friday, 30 October **** Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday About the Role You will work as part of a civil maintenance crew assisting with a range of works across the local area, including: Civil Works: Assist with general civil maintenance and infrastructure works Concrete: Experience with footpaths, driveways, kerb and guttering and concrete finishing Asphalt: Assist with asphalt and road maintenance works Driving:



Operate MR vehicles and support the crew with transport and site duties Formwork: Basic formwork experience is highly regarded Traffic Control: Work safely around traffic and follow traffic management procedures Teamwork: Support the wider civil crew with manual and general duties Requirements Current NSW MR Licence – essential Previous civil construction or maintenance experience Experience with asphalt and/or concrete works Concrete finishing and formwork experience highly regarded Traffic Controller / Blue Card highly regarded COVID-19 double vaccination confirmation To Apply If you're interested, please apply with your updated CV , including your relevant licences, tickets and civil experience.
