We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing healthcare technology organisation and take ownership of the end to end delivery of complex projects across hospital and aged care environments.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to establish and optimise project management practices, work closely with implementation teams and senior stakeholders, and play a key role in the continued transition of clients to scalable cloud-based platforms.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, multi site implementation and transition projects, often involving complex hospital environments and extended project timelines.
On a daily basis your role will involve: Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion Develop and maintain project plans, governance, documentation, milestones and reporting Coordinate internal implementation teams, clients and key stakeholders Manage project risks, issues, dependencies,
scope and timelines Establish and continuously improve project management frameworks and ways of working Support implementation teams with stakeholder coordination and structured project delivery Build solid relationships with healthcare clients and understand their operational requirements Manage complex projects across multiple sites and stakeholder groups Support the migration of legacy solutions to modern, cloud-based platforms Travel periodically to client sites for key project milestones and implementation activities To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end An understanding of healthcare workflows or experience delivering projects in healthcare environments – Essential.
Experience working across large-scale, multi-site or enterprise implementations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent planning, organisation and documentation capabilities Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities A practical, collaborative approach to project delivery The ability to work autonomously while actively collaborating with remote teams A proactive, self-starting mindset An understanding of healthcare workflows or experience delivering projects in healthcare environments Excellent package on offer consisting of Base + Super + Bonus.
Lots of interstate travel involved thus you need to be happy to travel.
