PM Warehouse Supervisor Northern Suburbs, Melbourne | Full-Time Permanent A well-established and growing operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor staff and drive performance on the ground.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of daily operations, coaching a team and keeping standards high.
The Role Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, leading floor staff to hit KPIs, maintain safety standards and drive continuous improvement across the shift.
You'll be the first point of contact for your team, translating broader operational goals into clear daily direction on the floor.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead floor staff on shift, driving performance against KPIs and productivity targets Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS procedures and reporting hazards promptly Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to lift efficiency and reduce waste on the floor Monitor and manage daily workflow, including inbound and outbound operations Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks and process discipline Coach, mentor and develop team members,
