Recruiters. Innovators. Disruptors. This one's for you.
Do you look at recruitment and think, "There has to be a better way?"
So do we.
Support Network is a national technology-enabled platform connecting people living with disability, older Australians, support workers, nurses, allied health professionals and care providers.
We combine recruitment, workforce management, compliance and technology to create a smarter experience for workers, clients and providers.
This is not a traditional recruitment role — but it is a real desk. You will own both sides of it: the provider relationships you bring and build, and the workforce that serves them. And you will do it with technology behind you that most agencies cannot offer.
What you will do
Bring and build provider relationships across NDIS, aged care, home care and allied health, from first conversation through to agreement
Develop new provider relationships across NDIS, aged care, home care and allied health, from first conversation through to agreement
Grow and service existing provider accounts as a trusted workforce partner
Recruit, interview and onboard support workers, nurses and allied health professionals
Match workers with suitable opportunities and grow our agency workforce across Australia
Manage compliance and credentialing requirements
Advise providers on market conditions, pay rates, award classifications and realistic timeframes
Own your pipeline and the growth of your desk
Work with our technology team to develop smarter systems and workflows
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency,
automation and the customer experience
About you
You will thrive in this role if you are:
Driven, self-motivated and results focused
Commercially minded with a growth mindset
Passionate about people and creating better outcomes
Curious and always looking for better ways of doing things
Confident using technology and learning new systems
A natural relationship builder
Comfortable working in a fast-moving and growing business
What you will need
An established network across disability, aged care, allied health or community services providers — people who would take your call
5+ years' recruitment experience, with a current or recent 360 desk covering both clients and candidates
Demonstrable provider or client relationships in disability, aged care, allied health or community services
A track record of building current relationships, not only servicing accounts handed to you
Working knowledge of NDIS worker screening, police checks, WWCC and AHPRA where relevant
Familiarity with SCHADS and the award framework the care workforce is paid under
Motivated by growth targets and comfortable owning commercial outcomes
Sydney-based, with the appetite to be in front of providers
Why join Support Network?
$110,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
Hybrid working with genuine flexibility once you are established
Career growth within a national care platform
Direct access to an innovative technology team — ideas that improve the platform get built
A desk you build and own, without the billings pressure of an agency
Meaningful work that helps improve care across Australia
If you are excited by people, technology and growth, and ready to challenge the traditional recruitment model, we would love to hear from you.
