You will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an enterprise wide Communications uplift.
Duties/Key responsibilities Support and manage Cisco UCC and UCCX platforms in a cloud environment Deliver and maintain contact centre voice telephony solutions Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and upgrades Ensure performance, availability,
