Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 properties Oversee and mentor a self-sufficient Assistant Property Manager Focus on higher-level landlord communication and relationship management Manage escalated maintenance and complex tenancy matters Prepare and attend QCAT where required Conduct occasional property visits as needed Progress into a Team Leader position as the team continues to grow Skills Experience Required: Previous Property Management experience Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence managing complex client conversations Leadership or mentoring capability PropertyMe experience advantageous Ready to move beyond portfolio management and take the next step into leadership?
