We are partnering with a leading Australian retail bank to recruit Customer Service Officers for a regional branch role based in Temora , supporting additional nearby branch locations including Cootamundra, Wagga Wagga and Tumut .
This is a casual opportunity offering four weeks of full‐time paid training , ongoing development and strong long‐term career progression opportunities within banking.
The important parts: Pay: $30–$38 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension and/or permenancy) Location : Temora (primary) with support across other regional branch locations Hours: Casual role with consistent part-time hours ( minimum ***** hours per week ).
Rosters issued four weeks in advance , with occasional last‐minute shift covers required What you will be required to do: This is a multi-branch role , primarily based in Temora , with regular collaboration and occasional support across Cootamundra, Wagga Wagga and Tumut branches.
Flexibility and willingness to travel between locations is essential.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional face‐to‐face customer service in branch environments Assisting customers with everyday banking enquiries and transactions Understanding customer needs and referring them to appropriate banking products and services Supporting day-to-day branch operations within small, close-knit teams Accurately maintaining records and workflows within internal systems Adhering to strict compliance, policy, and risk procedures To be successful in the role you will: Proven customer service experience is essential (retail or hospitality backgrounds highly regarded) A genuine passion for helping customers ("obsession with service") Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence,
