Job Title Location Associate - Employment Litigation( 3-5+ PAE) | Perth, WA Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years' post-admission experience to join a well-established commercial litigation and employment team in Perth CBD.
This permanent role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of disputes within a dynamic and supportive legal practice with a strong client base.
About the Firm This firm is a multi-partner boutique law firm with established practices in commercial litigation, employment, property and commercial law, strata law, and insolvency.
The Role Manage a variety of litigation matters from initial instructions through to resolution, providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the dispute process.
Prepare and review court documents, conduct legal research, and advise clients on litigation risks, procedural requirements, and contentious matters.
Support and participate in mediations, conciliations, settlement discussions,



and the management of evidence, discovery, court filings, and counsel briefings.
About You You will ideally be admitted to practise in Australia and have 3-5 years' post-admission experience in litigation.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring excellent attention to detail, strong client relationship skills, and a genuine interest in employment law.
