POSITION Due to growth and future succession planning, the position of Director has been created.
The successful candidate will work with one of the existing partners who will transition their client relationships.
The role will also involve: Manage a fee portfolio Manage and mentor a small team Tax compliance and high level advisory Attend networking events to promote the firm's brand CANDIDATE CA/CPA Qualified 10+ years experience in Australian Public Practice Outstanding client relationship management experience Robust technical ability Great leadership skills An interest in progressing to partnership An ability to conduct new business development Exceptional communication and presentation skills The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package that reflects their skills and experiences.
