With a large-scale operation and complex distribution requirements, the business is looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their Brisbane-based team and play a key role in coordinating efficient transport and delivery operations.
The Role Coordinate daily transport planning and scheduling to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
Work closely with production, warehouse, transport providers, and customers to coordinate movements and delivery requirements.
Plan and optimise transport routes, vehicle utilisation, and delivery schedules.
Monitor transport activities and proactively manage any delays, issues, or changes to the schedule.
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
Ensure transport activities are completed in line with safety, compliance, and operational requirements.




Your Background Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Transport Planner, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of transport planning, scheduling, and coordinating deliveries.
Experience working closely with production and warehouse teams to align transport requirements.
Experience using transport management systems, planning software, or ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
A background in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
