About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Fashion Production Coordinator to join our team.
Key duties will include: Setting up tech packs and costings for new styles Setting up current styles in the system, including creating contracts and purchase orders Managing the critical path to ensure on-time delivery of orders Chasing, submitting and approving fabrics, trims and care labels Preparing invoicing Liaising with designers on development requirements Arranging and attending weekly fit meetings with designers and garment technicians Submitting inspection reports and reviewing final production units Communicating with factories to confirm orders and production timelines Maintaining and updating production schedules
