Ampcontrol is seeking a Customer Engagement Partner to support the centralised Customer Service team based at Head Office in Tomago. You will help develop and maintain customer service reports and day-to-day communications with customers across mining, utilities, and heavy industries.
With 2+ years in sales or customer service, you will resolve order issues using ERP/order systems (Syteline) and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating multiple tasks.
