The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to manage a small, high-quality portfolio while leading a close-knit team of strata professionals.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting a team of 2 Strata Managers and 2 Assistants
Managing relationships and liaising with Owners Corporations
Preparing budgets,



meeting agendas and minutes
Attending and chairing AGMs, EGMs and SCMs
Drafting and issuing breach of by-law letters and formal notices to comply
Providing guidance, support and leadership to your team
Ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered to clients
Taking ownership of your portfolio and driving matters through to completion
About You
You're an experienced strata professional who knows the industry inside and out and is ready for a role where your expertise is genuinely valued.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in Strata Management
Strong knowledge of strata legislation, processes and best practice
Knowledge of BMCs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to multitask, prioritise and get things done
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The confidence to lead, support and mentor a small team
This role is perfect for someone who is highly knowledgeable in strata, action-oriented and ready to step into a genuine leadership opportunity.
