Matt Moran's Rockey pub located south of Bathurst, seeks a Chef de Partie to join the small but agile team. With a focus on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce, the menu provides pub classics' in the highest of quality.
With renovations ongoing the growth opportunities within this venue are available to the successful candidates.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time or casual
Chef de Partie
with previous experience working in a commercial kitchen and is excited about joining The Rockley Pub team.
What you will bring to the role:
A excellent kitchen all-rounder with exposure across sections of the kitchen
Can work on multiple sections in a busy environment.
Able to easily work to standard recipes set by venue.
Work in a clean and tidy manner.
Ability to priorities work and work as a team.
Good communication.
Available AM and PM Wednesday to Sunday
Minimum of 1-2 years commercial kitchen experience required.
