An creative leader in sustainable Australian fresh produce is seeking a hands-on Packing Operations Supervisor to join their growing facility in Mallala, SA. Managed exclusively through Randstad, we are actively seeking candidates who are local to the Mallala area or within an easy local commute.
Utilising a first-of-its-kind moving platform hydroponic growing system in Australia, all planting, harvesting, grading, packing, and dispatch operations take place collaboratively within the primary packing facility. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring produce is grown, packed, and dispatched to exceptional quality, safety, and operational standards.
