People & Purpose is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner for an immediate start in a Rhodes-based hybrid role. You will coach leaders, navigate employee relations, and shape the partnering model within a not-for-profit, faith-based setting.
You'll support the Group Accommodation and Housing portfolio (~150 staff), assist with team design, and back HR systems like Cornerstone and Humanforce as you help the organisation renew its operating model.
