Position: Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skillsand experience)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement play-based learning programs alignedwith the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe andinclusive environment
Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes
Build positive relationships with children, families,



and team members
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm
Skills and Experience Required
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQAapproved qualification or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood educationsetting.
Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learningenvironment
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
Child Protection training
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness toobtain)
Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
