Scope Australia is seeking a hands-on Support Worker for a male-dominated SIL home in NSW, supporting four clients with physical and intellectual disabilities. The role involves personal care, manual handling, and use of hoists and lifters within a caring, proactive team.
The position requires following care plans, promoting independence, and working across shifts including mornings, afternoons, and sleepovers. Training and development are provided.
