Ironbark Private Wealth has an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney team as our Senior Office Administrator
This role is full-time, based in our Sydney Office
.
Located in the vibrant Sydney CBD, we are only steps away from public transport, endless dining options, and the Royal Botanic Garden.
About the Role

From welcoming clients to providing administration support and overseeing day-to-day office operations, you'll play an integral role in our Sydney office and the experience we deliver to clients. Key Responsibilities
Facilitating smooth daily operations and presentation of the Sydney office, including meeting rooms, facilities, supplies and internal technology coordination.




Creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and team
Answering phones, meeting and greeting external visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisting with team administration, project work and internal / external events
Ad-Hoc duties including organising travel, expenses, coordinating meetings
Skills and Experience
2-3 years administrative experience within a professional services environment, including intermediate experience with Microsoft Office 365 software
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, use of initiative and proactive approach to tasks
Qualifications
