We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist/Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Sydney studio. This is a varied role combining reception, office coordination and general administration, with some basic accounts support.
Reporting to the People & Office Manager, you'll play an key role in keeping our studio running smoothly while supporting a collaborative team of architects and designers.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist/Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Sydney studio. This is a diverse role combining reception, office coordination and general administration, with some basic accounts support.
Reporting to the People & Office Manager,



you'll play an important role in keeping our studio running smoothly while supporting a collaborative team of architects and designers.
About the Role
Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and general enquiries.
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and visitor arrangements.
Manage incoming mail, deliveries and office supplies.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and assist with travel bookings.
Process supplier invoices and assist with expense administration.
Liaise with office suppliers and coordinate maintenance requests.
Provide general administrative support and assist with office events.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys helping others, takes initiative and loves keeping things organised.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in reception, office administration or a similar customer-facing role.
A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience with Xero is a bonus but not essential.

Approximately ***** hours per week, with core office coverage between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Some flexibility can be accommodated by agreement.
