Customer Service Representative
to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start in a team-oriented and friendly workplace.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and invoices.
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating where required.
Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Follow up on outstanding customer requests and enquiries.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems
A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
