Essential Tasks
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including market engagement, tender development, contract negotiation and execution.
Manage contractual frameworks, financial commitments, procurement risks, probity requirements and supplier performance.
Coordinate procurement activities through AusTender, DS4P and BuyICT while ensuring compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the PGPA Act.
Provide strategic procurement, financial and risk advice to senior stakeholders across complex cyber and technology initiatives.
Key Criteria
Strong experience delivering complex Commonwealth procurement and contract management activities.
Expert knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement governance, probity and the PGPA framework.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial alignment across ODA, Non-ODA and Departmental funding sources.
Experience working with procurement and financial systems and tools such as AusTender, BuyICT, DS4P and SAP.
