About the Role

Catering Assistants
in
Make & Pack,
Wash & Pack & Pot Wash
to join our dynamic production team based at
Brisbane Airport
.
In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operation — preparing, assembling, and packing high-quality meals and catering trolleys for airline customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portioning, assembling, and packaging meals to specific airline requirements
Measuring and preparing food items accurately and efficiently
Packing catering equipment and trolleys for in-flight services
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Assisting with general kitchen and production duties as required
About You
Experience in food preparation, production, or a similar environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety practices
A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
Availability to work across a
7-day rotating roster
(38 hours per week)including
weekends
and
public holidays,
on a
weekly rotation between AM and PM shifts
