Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
We are a family run door manufacturing company in Brookvale looking for a friendly, organised and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brookvale.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with flexibility around which days and hours are worked, making it a great chance for someone looking for work-life balance while being part of a supportive team.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping answer enquiries, process orders and provide outstanding service. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates well and can confidently juggle multiple tasks.

Well spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy workload.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.




A quick learner who can confidently pick up business-specific products and processes.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently once trained.
What You'll Be Doing
Answering customer phone calls and emails.
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing product information.
Processing orders and updating customer records.
Liaising with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
General administrative and customer support duties.
