Operating from our Murarrie office, this role manages a portfolio of residential insurance repair and restoration projects across Brisbane. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage project timelines, budgets and documentation, and maintain clear communication with homeowners, insurers and loss adjusters from start to finish.
Reporting to the General and Operations Manager, this hybrid role combines office coordination with regular time in the field, including travel across the region to monitor progress firsthand. It would suit someone with strong coordination and organisational skills, together with practical trade knowledge or a genuine interest in developing their understanding of construction and insurance repairs. With support from experienced leaders and established systems, you will develop your skills and confidence while managing your own portfolio.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys building strong relationships and wants to develop a long-term career in insurance building and restoration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors across a portfolio of concurrent insurance repair and restoration projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress and workmanship, obtain and file contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and support compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and promptly report or elevate safety concerns.
Monitor project timelines and repair life targets across all active jobs, managing sequencing and escalating issues early to keep projects on track.
Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, loss adjusters, and insurers throughout each project, building strong relationships,

responding to issues promptly and escalating complex matters when required.
Review estimates, monitor costs and margins, and ensure no trades commence on site without an approved purchase order.
Attend weekly construction meetings and Work in Progress (WIP) reviews, ensuring all job files, photographs, and documentation are kept up to date.
